Townplanning Department Services
Town Planning department of Navi Mumbai Municipal corporation deals with approval of building / development proposals & also granting occupancy certificate for such building as per prevailing Development control Regulations. This department also deals with the approval for change of existing land use & buildings. The various stages & requirement of documents for each stage are as follows:-
