- Providing New Water Connection .
- Name transfer of Water Consumer.
- Disconnection / Reconnection of existing connection.
- Change in place of connection.
- Enhancement / Additional water connection.
- Preparation of proposals for capital works, repair & maintenance works related to water supply.
- Sectioning MSEDCL bills related to NMMC water Supply Pump house within NMMC area.
- Departmental level work such as maintenance and repairing of Water Supply Line, Water Pump House electricity bills, measurement of completed works, bills of contractors, etc. all these works are carried out by Ex. Engineer, Dy. Engineer and Junior Engineer under the supervision of Dy. Municipal Commissioner (Zone).
- All type of Water Supply related Tender processes is carried out under the instruction of City Engineer.
- Deciding the scope of Water Supply work and carried out as per the permission.
- Solving the complaints of citizens and corporators related to Water Supply Department.(i.e. via Grievance, Gmail )
- To obtain reports of disconnection of Unauthorized /illegal Tapping.
- To provide information related to Water Supply under RTI Act-2005.
- To Make Correspondence with concerned department for Para wise Remarks.
